Contracts Specialist

A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to manage software sales and services contracts primarily in North America.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft and manage software sales and services agreements and reseller agreements

Review existing contracts and proposals to facilitate new orders and ensure compliance

Negotiate contract terms and manage changes outside of standard agreement terms

Required Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience in a commercial contracts role supporting sales functions

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline

Contract Management Certification is a plus

Experience in the software technology and services industry is highly desired

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and Outlook
