Design Systems Manager

Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Design Systems Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the multi-brand, mobile native-first design system strategy, governance, and evolution
• Manage a small, high-impact team (Sr. Product Designer Design System Engineer)
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and platform teams for SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, and React Native
• Own design token architecture (color, type, spacing, elevation), docs, and publication pipeline (Zeroheight)
• Maintain Figma libraries, align with Storybook and GitHub-based codebases
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG), performance, and native behavior
• Train teams, publish release communications, run discovery workshops, and onboard squads
• Tool stack : Figma, Zeroheight, Storybook, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
