Position Summary

The primary responsibility of the dishwasher is to clean, sanitize, and maintain the dishes, glasses and atware. This role performs a series of kitchen functions including washing pots and pans, general maintenance, and stocking of food and non-food supplies.

Essential Functions

• Operate dishwashing equipment.
• Wash, distribute, and stock clean pots, pans, dishes, glasses and atware.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, work surfaces and BOH in accordance with cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Performs cleaning side work as assigned.
• Maintain the dish station in safe and sanitary condition.
• Maintain BOH as clean, stocked and well-organized.
• Assists in overall ongoing maintenance of the facility.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Able to work in a high pace and hot environment.
• Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, shelves, and coolers.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.

The pay range for this role is :

16 - 17 USD per hour(Bloom)
