Location : Vista, CA (Must be local)

Payrate : $23-$25hr (Weekly pay + Medical Benefits)

Duration : 6-9 month contract to turn permanent- based on performance

Hours : Full-time : M-F 6am-2 : 30pm

The Manufacturing Technician Assembler is responsible for assembling mechanical and optical components. This position is part of Production Team located in Vista, CA and will be an on-site role. You will be a part of the Production Operations Team and report to the Manager, Manufacturing responsible for working to assemble scanners and related products. What You'll Do :

• Follow written procedures and perform all steps required to assemble Aperio Digital Pathology scanners and related products.
• Tasks may include, but are not limited to :
• Electro-mechanical assembly
• Routing of cable and harness assemblies o Building of optical sub-assemblies
• Visual and mechanical inspections of components and assemblies
• Installing software
• Performing basic troubleshooting
• Identifying proper focus of optical assemblies viewing through eyepiece or on computer monitor
• Completing related paperwork
