Senior Project Manager Large-Scale Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection

We're seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead major structural steel projects and manage our team of traveling Steel PMs. This is an opportunity to join a growing steel fabricator & erector responsible for some of the most iconic structures on the Mid-Antlantic coast. As a Sr. PM, you'll oversee high-profile projects while providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do :

• Take ownership of complex structural steel & misc. metals projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Lead and mentor our team of traveling PMs, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables with precision.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Anticipate challenges and drive solutions before they impact progress.
• Oversee meetings, reporting, and change orders.
• Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
