RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day leadership direction and mentorship to instructors instructional systems designers and training support staff.
• Ensure training and exercise activities meet quality timeliness and security standards.
• Implement performance metrics and continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance learning effectiveness and program efficiency.
• Lead the design development delivery and evaluation of instructor-led virtual and web-based training programs across multiple customer offices.
• Oversee curriculum planning lesson design and learning-content development to ensure accuracy relevance and compliance with policy and classification standards.
• Manage the full training lifecycle including needs analysis content design curriculum development instructional delivery training evaluation and annual curriculum reviews.
• Supervise instructional staff and training coordinators to ensure consistent instructional quality.
• Collaborate with the customer to archive and maintain courseware job aids and web-based learning in approved repositories.
• Ensure products meet government-approved instructional standards and accessibility requirements (EO 14035).
• Plan design and support the execution of exercises simulations and scenario-based learning events.
• Develop exercise objectives materials and participant roles and support after-action reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Maintain readiness to expand exercise activities based on evolving mission needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the COR TPOC and Government stakeholders for all Task 3 matters.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on training throughput satisfaction scores risks and corrective actions.
• Contribute to status reports SLA metrics and Award Fee evaluations by highlighting efficiencies and innovations.
