Overview

Back Advanced Practice Provider- Urgent Care - Green Bay, Wisconsin. Part-time (20 hours per week) to include every other weekend and one weekday shift. Location : Green Bay metro area, Ashwaubenon-003.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, evaluation, and management to patients with acute and episodic illnesses and injuries; perform minor procedures.
• Deliver autonomous clinical practice and coordinate with physicians and other health professionals.
• Maintain and review patient records and document in the electronic medical record.
• Order appropriate diagnostic and laboratory tests; prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist patients\' medical needs and refer to additional services; conduct follow-up communications.
• Provide health counseling and education to patients and families.
