Family Practice - Without OB Physician

A well-established community health center in Dayton, OH is seeking a Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician to join their team!

• Board-eligible / Board-certified Family Medicine / Internal Medicine
• Outpatient setting
• Schedule is full-time 40 hours, Monday-Friday 8a-5p with one evening shift 11a-7p per week
• On-call schedule is 1 : 5
• FM will see all ages / IM will see ages 18+
• You will see around 20 patients per day.
• 6 locations to choose from within the Dayton, OH area
• All levels of experience welcome to apply
