Remote Mental Health Outpatient Therapist

What You’ll Do :

  • Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions for clients ages 10 and up.
  • Complete diagnostic assessments (CCAs) and develop measurable, goal-oriented treatment plans.
  • Build and sustain strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Deliver culturally reflective services tailored to individual client needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices.
  • Submit timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and Medicaid standards.

Requirements :

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related mental health field.
  • Active North Carolina licensure : LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LCAS, or associate-level license.
  • Associate licenses are welcome with an active Supervision Agreement.
  • Must attend virtual clinical team meetings.
  • Must maintain a minimum client caseload per agency policy.
  • Strong writing, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using EHR systems and delivering virtual care.
  • Must pass a background check and be credentialed with insurance panels, state, and federal programs.
  • Professional, dependable, and committed to improving mental health access in underserved communities across North Carolina.

    • Compensation & Perks :

  • $35–$40 per session | $40–$50 per assessment.
  • Focus on clinical work while we handle scheduling and admin tasks.
