Team Lead Opportunity

Surestaff is immediately hiring for a Team Lead for a large distribution center located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The Team Lead will assist the supervisor in the daily operations of the warehouse including receiving incoming shipments, sorting & transferring materials, and preparing shipments for outbound delivery. Surestaff is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($20-$22) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include :

8am-4 : 30pm (Mon-Fri)

8am-6 : 30 (Mon-Thurs)

7am-7 : 30pm (Fri-Sun)

Responsibilities of the Team Lead :

• Monitor and assign daily work to all subordinates
• Oversee daily operations and end of shift reports
• Follow up on issues as needed
• Work with local team to identify areas of improvement and report daily efficiency
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Be flexible with shift hours as needed in 4th QTR
• Abid by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Follow and maintain 7s Program and guidelines
• Performs other related duties as assigned
