Job Summary :

The People Insights Analyst is pivotal in leveraging HR data to inform strategic decision-making, aligning People Analytics with business goals. This role demands collaboration with HR and business leaders to provide actionable insights via advanced analytics tools, and translating intricate people data into meaningful, strategic outcomes. The ideal candidate will lead in developing dashboards, optimizing data processes, and fostering data-driven organizational synergy.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and maintain Workday Dashboards and Power BI reports for strategic HR initiatives.

Translate complex people data into actionable insights for workforce planning and talent management.

Lead the intake and documentation of People Analytics requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Develop scalable reporting solutions and automate data workflows to enhance efficiency.

Serve as a strategic analytics partner to HRBPs and business leaders, assisting in decision-making processes through data insights.

Must-Have Skills :

Advanced proficiency in Workday Dashboards and Power BI for analytics and reporting.

Strong capability in translating complex data sets into strategic insights for varied audiences.

Demonstrated experience in HR metrics, with a deep understanding of HR processes and data domains.

Industry Experience Required :

Previous experience in a mid-sized organization’s HR or People Analytics role is essential.

Familiarity with global or multinational workplace environments preferred.
