Responsibilities Work in an acute care hospital with a Level 3 trauma designation Assigned to the Cardiac Cath Lab with 3 procedure rooms Patient population includes individuals requiring heart caths, peripheral procedures, pacemakers, and ablations Procedures performed include diagnostic and interventional cardiac caths, peripheral interventions, pacemaker placements, and ablations Equipment used includes Philips FD20 and Azurion B20, Epic EMR, MacLab, ACIST injector, CSI, Laser, Shockwave, balloon pumps, temp pacemakers, Impellas, and Carto Utilizes Epic charting system; experience preferred 8-hour day shifts from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM Call required 1-2 nights per week and every 4th weekend as well as possible late stay 1-2 times per week Perform diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures while monitoring patient vitals and ensuring quality diagnostic images Collaborate with team members in a structured clinical setting Ceil blue scrubs are provided All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility Returning employees must have a minimum six-month gap since prior employment before consideration Candidates with a permanent address within 80 miles may be considered local Requirements Active ARRT certification required Active BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association required Minimum 2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist in Cardiac Cath Lab; EP and vascular experience preferred Experience with heart catheterization, peripheral vascular procedures, pacemakers, and ablations required Must be willing to apply for the MN Net Study within 2 weeks of accepting an offer License required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-618728.
