Job descriptionInitiate the Test Planning activities for Test case design and encourage the team to hold review meetings and ensure that the review comments are incorporated. During the Testing Cycle, monitor the test progress by constantly assessing the work assigned to each of the resources and re-balance or re-allocate them as required. Present the timely status to the stakeholders management and instill confidence about the work being done. Prepare any Risk Mitigation plans if in case any delays are foreseen."
Mandatory Skills - Functional Manual Testing, Regression Testing, Healthcare Payor Domain Exp
Required Skills :
- Minimum 8 years Health Care Testing experience and 2+ years of in team management.
- Experience in test management tools like JIRA and Quality Center, and automation tools (preferred) such as Selenium JMeter, SoapUI, UTF.
- Knowledge of CI-CD, DevOps for integrating test scripts.
- Healthcare Payor experience (Claim Enrollment Membership / Customer Service / Finance) and Coding standards (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10)
