JOB OVERVIEW :

We seek a motivated Entry Level Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Fort Lauderdale and help us achieve our mission of creating a prosperous future through strategic talent acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Talent Sourcing : Find and attract a wide range of talented candidates using various tools and techniques.
• Customer Service : Provide outstanding support to candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Interview Coordination : Organize and schedule interviews between candidates, senior recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring smooth operation.
• Research : Stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights to the recruitment team.
• Educational Events : Help plan and host educational events, such as workshops and webinars, to engage and inform our community.
• Social Media Engagement : Assist with managing our social media accounts by creating and sharing engaging content, promoting job openings, and interacting with our audience.
