Work Arrangement : Hybrid, in the office 3-days a week (minimum)

Engagement Group Overview

The Engagement Group provides high-level guidance and support to ensure the Enterprise engages - both internally and externally - in a clear, targeted, and consistent manner. By managing the frameworks, toolkits, templates, systems and processes and supporting delivery and execution, the group enables the Enterprise to effectively map, network, collect,  shape, and execute events. It also ensures that Metrea’s messaging remains current, its tone aligned, and its brand represented consistently across all touchpoints. The Group also oversees corporate memberships, manages the Enterprise’s network, and develops branded assets that accurately reflect Metrea’s identity.

Position Summary

This role reports directly to the Head of Team Engagement and is responsible managing a group of approximately 5 US-based Team Engagement Specialists, each located in and responsible for a different Metrea location. In addition, this role will also be directly responsible for one of Metrea’s US locations.

The Team Engagement CA is dedicated to shaping a seamless and inspiring workplace experience that not only supports teammate productivity and embodies the company’s brand identity, but also actively fosters collaboration and unity between Support and Capability groups—serving as the connective tissue that enables the Enterprise to thrive and operate as a cohesive whole. The CA’s key responsibilities include : location operations and group integration, the scheduling and delivery of internal events, in-person teammate onboarding, brand control and adherence, workwear design and distribution, and support to the company’s legal entities.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage teammates spread across the Metrea’s US locations, ensuring the delivery high-quality and coherent support to the wider Enterprise.
  • Support the CA Lead with the development and management of the CA budget. Ensure the Enterprise is correctly using codes and work with the finance team to ensure robust cost control.
  • Plan and deliver internal events to foster employee engagement, ensuring a consistent approach across the Enterprise so that all teammates / office locations benefit from events of the same scale, quality and frequency.
  • Deliver Deep Weeks in accordance with the frameworks developed and cadence established by the CA Lead – ensuring their successful delivery in close collaboration with File / Group Leads.
  • Implement the in-person onboarding programs designed by the People Development CA to ensure that new teammates are effectively integrated into the Metrea Ecosystem of frameworks and FIRMWARE.
  • Ensure consistent application of the company’s brand across physical and digital touchpoints within the workplace.
  • Manage inventory, distribution, and logistics of branded workwear and merchandise to support internal cohesion, events, and external representation.
  • Work alongside Metrea’s Groups to support the administrative responsibilities of the company’s legal entities and business operations, in particular with LC&C and Finance to uphold regulatory standards and corporate integrity.

Experience

  • Experience as a line manager or equivalent experience leading an indirect team
  • Demonstrable experience overseeing a project from inception to delivery
  • Knowledge and practical experience of budget management
  • Well-versed in day-to-day business operations, including office management.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing events of varying scale and complexity, ensuring seamless delivery
  • Skilled at managing schedules, logistics, resources
  • Experienced in sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with a wide range of suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and value for money.
  • Skills

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, possessing a keen eye for detail thereby ensuring accuracy, quality and consistency.
  • Capable of tracking operational performance, preparing reports, and using data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve systems and processes.
  • Able to effectively prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and remain agile in responding to rapidly changing requirements.
  • Comfortable collaborating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and key partners.

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time non-exempt position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager.

    Travel

    This role will require travel - predominately within the US but may require some overseas travel to Europe.
