Relationship Banker

F&M Trust is looking to hire a Financial Services Representative (FSR) III – a true Universal Banker – at our Orbisonia Office. As an FSR III, one will be equipped to assist customers with their transactional, account, and personal lending needs. This individual will provide exceptional customer service while performing a wide array of transactions for our consumer and business customers. Responsibilities include opening consumer accounts and serving as a backup to open business accounts. Additionally, this individual engages customers and prospects in loan conversations and takes loan applications, ensuring all required application and closing documents and disclosures are properly signed and understood.

For a highly qualified candidate, we may consider hiring directly into a sales management role. This supervisory position would include mentoring and coaching team members, supporting their development, and leading sales efforts to drive branch growth and customer engagement.

The pay rate for this position generally starts between $18 and $22 an hour.

This full-time financial services representative will work approximately 40 hours per week and receive a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package. Incentives paid out for referring a customer to a product they don't currently have with the bank.
