Job Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of an apartment community and provide welcoming and excellent customer service to residents, prospects, staff, and vendors.
• Lead, guide, and supervise leasing and maintenance staff as they serve residents of the GSC Apartment Community.
• Partner with support of senior leadership to maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and your team to cultivate business plans and marketing strategies.
• Oversee rent collection and seek out opportunities to improve or avoid delinquencies by monitoring high balance accounts.
• Complete weekly and monthly reports while monitoring occupancy, expenses, and delinquencies.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections of model units, grounds, and maintenance.
• Manage the efficiency and quality of move-outs and move-ins.
• Oversee capital improvement and or repair projects with external vendors while communicating with staff, leadership, and residents when appropriate.
