We are currently seeking LPN's for all Shifts Full-Time and Part-Time

Shift Differential - $4.00 Evenings and $3.00 Nights

Retention Bonus - $2,500

Qualifications:

• Qualified LPN with previous skilled/LTC nursing background experience,
• BLS is required
• IV certified, knowledge of PCC is a plus
• Knowledge with admissions/discharges is a plus
• Excellent resident care skills and license in good standing
