Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Leader to join our Automation Systems Division. The role involves overseeing and managing successful project execution for clients, requiring a strong background in project management, automation systems, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution : Lead automation projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence. Collaborate with clients and teams to define requirements, develop plans, monitor progress, and manage risks.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration : Lead engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a collaborative culture and managing team performance. Work with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated automation solutions.
• Client Relationship Management : Build strong client relationships, serve as the main contact, and communicate project status effectively.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance : Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements through inspections and audits. Drive continuous improvement.
• Budget and Resource Management : Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and collaborate with procurement to source materials and subcontractors.
• Travel Requirements : Be open to travel, approximately 25%, for on-site visits and meetings.
• Automation Systems Expertise : Possess technical knowledge of automation hardware and apply industry standards. Provide technical guidance and resolve complex issues.
