General Manager

who is passionate about people.

The ideal candidate is someone who, most importantly, has a real passion for making other people happy. This includes our staff as much as our guests. Two years of management experience in fine dining restaurant operations is required for this position.

The General Manager is a leader before anything else. They are someone who inspires and motivates the team. They challenge their team and reward them as well.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the day-to-day front of house operations.

Assist in staff training and education and looking every day at our current operations and seeing how we can work smarter, cleaner, faster, more precise, and at a higher level.

Preferred Skills

Staff management & Training of 25+ employees

Understanding of HR compliance

Payroll & Scheduling experience

Washington, DC $90,000.00-$130,000.00
