Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance for the IT support team and drive process improvements
Lead automation of IT operations and oversee troubleshooting of technical issues
Identify process gaps and collaborate on innovative technology solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
7+ years of progressive experience in IT support or infrastructure
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and IT infrastructure
Strong hands-on expertise with Azure AD, Intune, and Jamf
Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
