Position : Full-Time Service Advisor - 2nd Shift (11 : 30 AM - 8 : 00 PM / Saturday Rotation)

Location : Elk River, MN

Compensation : Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do :

• Maximize Productivity : Schedule shop work to ensure maximum productivity and department profitability.
• Customer Interaction : Schedule service appointments, gather customer and vehicle data, and keep customers updated on repair progress.
• Detailed Explanations : Explain repair costs and time requirements, obtain proper authorizations, and provide detailed explanations of completed work.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
• Coordination : Coordinate part requirements with the parts department and handle telephone inquiries.
