Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented professional to join our Franchise Experience Grand Opening (GO) Team. GO Team Members travel across the country to support franchise owners in successfully launching their clubs. This role is a unique opportunity to combine training, operations, and customer experience while being at the frontlines of The Picklr’s growth. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, hands-on training to franchise owners and staff on all aspects of club operations.
• Partner with franchise owners to prepare their club for both soft and grand openings.
• Ensure brand standards, policies, and procedures are consistently upheld.
• Assist staff in Membership Engagement and Sales training, programming setup, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot and provide on-site technical support for software systems when needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate timely, seamless openings.
• Build strong relationships with franchise owners, staff, and members to create long-term success.
• Travel frequently to franchise locations (up to 80% travel required).
