Job description

Hybrid Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leading provider of legal and corporate restructuring support services, is seeking a Hybrid Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Hybrid Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Administrative Support team supporting the marketing and executive teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Hybrid Administrative Assistant

Location : El Segundo, CA

Pay Range : $35

What's the Job?

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team and senior executives to ensure seamless coordination of business development and marketing functions.
  • Manage calendars, expenses, and travel arrangements for team members and executives.
  • Organize client and staff gifts for special occasions, ensuring timely delivery with personalized touches.
  • Research and identify suitable venues for company events, meetings, and marketing functions.
  • Assist in planning and managing internal and external events, including booking venues, coordinating schedules, and tracking RSVPs.

What's Needed?

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with calendar management tools such as Outlook and Monday.com.
  • Ability to handle logistics, shipping, and event planning effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
