We are excited to offer a hybrid working environment for our employees. To be successful in this role, there are some requirements to visit our office locations from quarterly to a few times a quarter for workshops, team meetings and collaboration between teams. Job Description
IntegriChain’s Advisory Services team partners with life sciences companies to navigate the complex world of government pricing, contracting, and compliance. As Senior Manager, you will lead engagements that help manufacturers, especially pre-commercial and emerging companies, establish and optimize government pricing frameworks, maintain compliance, and prepare for product launches.
This role blends hands-on advisory work, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and client relationship management. You’ll support and own key accounts, mentor junior team members (potentially including offshore resources), and play a vital role in shaping best practices and driving thought leadership in the government pricing space.
Core delivery responsibilities include :
Serve as the lead advisor for government pricing and compliance, covering Medicaid, FSS, 340B, and Medicare programs.
Provide strategic and operational guidance on calculation methodologies (AMP, BP, URA, ASP, Non-FAMP, FCP) and contract obligations.
Support pre-commercial clients in building compliant frameworks and executing all GP-related pre-launch activities.
Develop and present clear recommendations to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders; translate complex regulatory issues into actionable business strategies.
