Key Responsibilities

Contact patients to discuss medication titration recommendations and ensure adherence to treatment plans

Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA and clinical protocols

Provide empathetic communication with patients and healthcare providers while managing responsibilities independently

Required Qualifications

Active Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited association

5+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant

Experience maintaining HIPAA-compliant environments

Must have a HIPAA-compliant home office setup with reliable internet

Strong track record of managing time effectively and fulfilling job duties with minimal supervision
