Key Responsibilities

Manage program data and conduct analysis for savings and revenue forecasts

Produce regular reports ensuring compliance and professional presentation

Lead team efforts, train staff, and drive process improvements

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of relative industry experience

Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

Bachelor's degree preferred

Ability to read and interpret State Technical Reference Manuals (TRM)

Experience in program scope reporting and client management
