Nursing Supervisor RN

Abingdon Care Center, an 180-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dependable and experienced RN Nursing Supervisor for the 3PM–11PM shift. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing evening clinical operations and supporting our dedicated nursing team.

What You’ll Do :

Supervise evening nursing staff to ensure quality resident care

Oversee documentation, med passes, and shift reports for accuracy and compliance

Serve as a clinical resource and problem-solver for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

Respond to emergencies, incidents, and family concerns

Communicate effectively with incoming and outgoing shift supervisors and department heads

What You’ll Need :

Active RN license in New Jersey

Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience in long-term care preferred

Ability to lead a team with confidence and compassion

Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills

Availability to work the 3PM–11PM shift (full-time or part-time options available)
