Your day to day as a Self Service Attendant- MMMP

Are you a good fit for this position?

To be successful in a position at Mendon Meadows Market Place, candidates must demonstrate a range of essential skills and attributes. Reliability is paramount; regular and predictable attendance is crucial to the team's success. Candidates should have the flexibility to work 8 AM- 5 PM with a minimum of two weekdays and Sunday shifts. While grocery and retail experience is preferred, exceptional communication skills and a highly motivated demeanor are key to fostering a positive customer experience. Ideal team members are collaborative and capable of working independently when required.

Multitasking, focus, and efficiency are essential as you navigate various responsibilities throughout the day. Previous cash handling experience preferred . Additionally, candidates must be physically prepared to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods, and they should either have the ability to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting employment.
