About the Role :

The Order Entry Specialist role is responsible for accurately entering blank orders and decoration specifications, as well as serving as the first point of contact for customers to ensure quick and clear resolution of order-related questions. You'll also support special data and cross-departmental projects as needed. This position is critical in ensuring order accuracy, timely processing, and a smooth customer experience from the very start.

Success in this role means orders are entered quickly and accurately, customers feel supported and informed from the first point of contact, and data is clean, consistent, and well-documented. You're proactive, organized, and confident navigating between departments to get things done. Your attention to detail and responsiveness help set the tone for a great customer experience and keep operations flowing efficiently.

You'll come to work every day if you Get, Want, and have the Capacity for :

• Entering blank orders

Accurately input customer orders into the ERP system, ensuring all required fields are complete.

Serve as the initial point of contact for order-related issues, providing timely and professional responses.

Enter decoration specifications (logos, colors, placement) with precision to ensure production accuracy.

Assist with data cleanup, reporting, and analysis to support operational efficiency.

Collaborate with operations teams to streamline order workflows.
