Summary of Position :

Assist customers with Arcade. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each Employee's primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, that they will want to return again and again.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Maintains a Guest focus while performing duties
• Help guests with redeeming points for prizes
• Let customers know the point balance on their cards
• Maintains a positive attitude and always SMILE.
• Keeps area clean during and after customers are in the arcade
• Keeps work area, equipment, counters, and storage areas clean and orderly
• Notify management of any games needing to be repaired or issues with card kiosks
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management staff
