Your Responsibilities :
Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU unitsDeliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentQuickly adapt to different workflows while maintaining clinical excellenceWhat We're Looking For :
Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)Flexibility : Ability to work scheduled shifts including two Fridays, two Mondays, and one weekend every six weeksTraining & Skills :
Receive training in :ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)IV UltrasoundCharge Nurse cross-training to support multiple units and develop leadership skillsWhat You'll Gain :

As an RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic care aligned with established standards. You will lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and facilitate an exceptional patient experience across the healthcare continuum.
Your responsibilities include :
Assessing patient needs, formulating individualized care plans, and evaluating care effectivenessAnticipating and managing significant changes in patient conditionsCoordinating discharge planning with an interdisciplinary approachDemonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills with the healthcare teamLicenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Education :
Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program.
Experience :
Typically requires one year of clinical nursing experience.
