What you'll be doing

• Leading and contributing to civil site design: grading, drainage systems, utilities, roadway and parking layouts, and stormwater management
• Preparing engineering plans, reports, calculations, and permitting packages
• Coordinating with survey teams, structural engineers, project managers, and clients
• Conducting site visits and supporting field-related engineering tasks
• Overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and client communication
• Applying sound engineering judgment and mentoring junior team members as needed

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 2-5+ years of civil engineering experience (site design preferred)
• Proficiency with CAD and civil design software
