Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop ETL workflows using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) to support data integration across clinical, commercial, and regulatory systems.
• Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable ETL solutions.
• Implement data quality and governance rules to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., GxP, HIPAA).
• Optimize performance of ETL jobs and troubleshoot issues across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Maintain and enhance existing data pipelines, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability.
• Document technical specifications, data mappings, and workflow logic for audit and knowledge sharing.

The annual salary for this position is between $90K- 100K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cogniant's applicable plans.
