Construction Project Manager II

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager II to oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and obtain necessary permits for construction

Build and maintain relationships with customers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred

3-5 years of Project Management experience in construction or site development projects

Prior experience managing construction projects and subcontractors is strongly preferred

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
