A highly respected General Contractor with a strong presence in commercial construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This firm is known for delivering ground-up commercial projects $15M+ with exceptional quality, collaboration, and repeat client relationships.

We are specifically seeking a Project Manager with strong experience leading large commercial projects, and exposure to projects involving Tribal entities and Owner Direct Pay (ODP) processes is a significant plus.

What You'll Do

• Lead commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and quality control
• Collaborate closely with owners, Tribal partners, architects, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with ODP and Tribal requirements when applicable
• Support a strong safety culture and client-first mindset throughout the project
