We are seeking a top notch Mortgage Sales Manager to join a thriving company based out of Tampa. This position can be 100% remote. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining new business opportunities, gaining new clients, and overseeing the operations team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, a bachelors degree, previous management experience and RMBS and the mortgage due diligence process knowledge. Apply now for consideration!
Responsibilities :
- Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities through developing and maintaining effective key relationships
- Set up introductory meetings with new clients, conduct sales presentations, and coordinate follow up strategies
- Networking through social media, industry conferences, direct contact, etc.
- Work with operations to finalize SOWs and reports for clients
- Oversee and manage initial jobs with new Clients to ensure a smooth transition of Clients’ service needs to the operations team
Requirements :
Minimum 10 years’ experience with a due diligence company with a minimum of 3 years in a client relations role; or 10 years in the mortgage banking businessIn-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and capital markets. Mortgage Backed Securities and due diligence process’ experience a plusStrong relationships with hedge funds, investment banks, servicers and mortgage originators preferredDeep understanding of RMBS and the mortgage due diligence processProven networking, negotiations and consulting skills a plusAbility to work with clients to analyze their needs and design value added solutions
