Job descriptionSick Time Off for full-time employees (5 days) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (based on hours worked) Ensure service stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked for efficient service, while also wiping down and setting up tables according to the floor chart, ensuring all table settings are accurate and presentable. Take and review proper notes during pre-shift meetings about menu changes and specials, cocktails, and large parties to stay informed. Greet tables in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring guests understand the concept and dining style. Double-check with each table about any allergies and dietary restrictions to ensure safe and accurate meal preparation. Comply with alcohol control policies to ensure the responsible service of alcoholic beverages. Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring clarity and completeness, while informing the kitchen of large orders and coordinating the coursing of dishes to maintain a smooth service flow. Prepare and present checks to guests, handle payments, and process transactions efficiently and accurately. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction, and report any significant complaints to management. Follow the close-down checklist procedures and check out with a manager before leaving to ensure all tasks are completed and the shift ends smoothly. Must be 18+ years old. Valid food handlers and TABC certificates. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 25-50 lbs. Prolonged periods of standing and navigating the kitchen environment.
