Job descriptionValid and current Illinois license is required. One to Three years’ experience a plus. Strong communication, excellent communication skills and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships. Required education : High school or equivalent. Able to stand on your feet or sit for prolonged periods of time. Available to work a minimum of 4 days per week of varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Advanced, fast-tracked and customized onboarding training according to your technical skills. We provide Continuing Education hours for license renewal at no cost to employees. Training and guidance to support building your social media presence and your personal brand. Opportunity to earn your Bellami certification at no cost to you. Active Illinois cosmetology license Arlington Heights Bloomingdale Chicago Crystal Lake Deerfield Geneva Libertyville Naperville Oakbrook Orland Park Schaumburg Skokie Vernon Hills $14-$16.20 per hour plus the ability to earn over 50% commission Employee discounts (up to 90% off the Tricoci menu service pricing, 25-50% off retail and more!)
