Life Care Center of Skagit Valley is a long-term care and post-acute care facility, well known for its extraordinary customer service, high-quality nursing and therapy services, and high employee morale and retention. We are currently looking for a full-time and PRN Physical Therapist to join our team.

• Full-time : $40-$50 / hr DOE

Position Summary\n

The PT - Physical Therapist provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
