As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for all. Your presence and routine patrols will provide reassurance to employees and visitors, while your strong communication skills and commitment to customer service will help foster a welcoming atmosphere. Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Fri 12 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 AM

Sat 12 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 AM

Sun 12 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards encountered during patrols.

Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and / or client representatives regarding incidents or concerns.

Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific procedures.

Assist with emergency response activities and follow established protocols for the location.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
