Responsibilities
- Testing and consulting services for the built environment : property / facility condition assessments, facility needs assessments, pre- & post-construction surveys, and accessibility assessments, among other facilities-related services
- Requires a commitment to lead and mentor a team of facilities due diligence engineers, architects and project managers
- Oversee projects and perform technical report reviews, prepare proposals and management of the departments and group related P&L
- Exhibit responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
- Ability to independently solve day-to-day problems on projects with limited direction or involvement from executive staff
- Review technical deliverables, invoices, and field reports
- Interact, train, and mentor junior staff members (both as a technical resource and supervisor)
- Participate / lead business development initiatives within the operating group(s)
- Assist with recruiting and maintaining an adequate staff level in your group
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required12+ years of relevant professional related experienceDesignation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm requiredAbout Us
