About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director to lead brand strategy, communications, consumer engagement, consumer insights and innovation pipeline for our fast-growing CPG dairy business. This role will have a high level of responsibility in continuing to build the equity of a 110+ year old brand, bringing it to new markets and consumers. The role will shape the product portfolio to reach more consumers and build even greater emotional connections, all while being grounded in Clover Sonoma's mission : To be the most trusted, loved and impactful dairy brand in the west.

Salary Range : $190,000 - $220,000 annually, DOE
