Job descriptionCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and mentor on-site construction teams to achieve project goals effectively. Oversee procurement and delivery of materials to align with project schedules. Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to senior management. Resolve any technical or logistical challenges that arise during the construction process. Maintain detailed documentation and reports for all phases of the project. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in data centers. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, safety protocols, and industry standards. Ability to lead diverse teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools and software. A results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Relevant educational background in construction management or a related field.
