Sales Operations & Business Development Manager

Rhino Staging is a company specializing in providing staging and rigging crews to the live event industry. Our mission is to enable successful events by providing safe, courteous, professional technical support from load-in through load-out. The Sales Operations & Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting sales and business growth while contributing to the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of the sales process. This role combines supporting Sales and Sales Operations.

The person in this role will be responsible for managing selected Sales client(s), optimizing tools and workflows, analyzing performance and supporting a Sales strategy that aligns with company goals.

This role is primarily remote, with office hours at our corporate office in Tempe, AZ to collaborate with team members as needed. Travel will be required as determined by leadership for client presentations, industry events, etc.

This is a full-time, exempt position.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
