CIVIL – Project Engineer P.E. (Multiple Locations)

Join our team as a Project Engineer and make a significant impact on building performance and structural integrity across diverse projects. As a valued member of our engineering team, you'll apply your expertise to analyze, inspect, and enhance building performance through thoughtful structural assessment and solution development.

In this role, you will inspect and analyze building performance related to structural elements, building envelopes, and site conditions. You'll examine façades, roofs, construction elements, and evaluate how they contribute to overall building functionality and safety. Working collaboratively with contractors, you'll monitor project activities both in the field and office while preparing comprehensive design / repair packages and documentation for Project Manager review. Your engineering knowledge will be instrumental in delivering exceptional solutions for our clients.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

Experience :

3-5 years of structural analysis and / or design experience supporting various building projects and initiatives. Demonstrated understanding of processes, compliance requirements, and collaboration with design consulting and construction professionals.

Required Competencies :

Knowledge of structural framing, building envelope codes, and zoning regulations as they apply to egress, fireproofing, energy efficiency, waterproofing, occupancy requirements, and Floor Area Ratio (FAR).

Work Environment / Conditions :

Positions are available in PA, NY, CT, and TX with moderate travel required. You must be able to navigate urban, rural, and industrial sites effectively. A valid driver's license and safe driving record are essential for this role.
