Operations Manager – Tac City Airsoft (Indoor Field)

As we expand our operations, we're looking for a driven Operations Manager to lead our team, elevate customer experience, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the indoor field and front desk
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Handle HR tasks including onboarding, time tracking, and team accountability
- Lead customer service efforts—resolve complaints, de-escalate conflicts, and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Monitor and maintain point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and inventory tracking
- Ensure facility cleanliness, safety compliance, and gear readiness
- Support marketing efforts and special event coordination
- Report on attendance, revenue, and team performance to ownership
Qualifications
Proven management experience (minimum 2 years preferred)Strong skills in scheduling, HR processes, and team leadershipExcellent customer service and conflict resolution abilitiesFamiliarity with point-of-sale systems and basic financial trackingAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededAirsoft knowledge is a plus—but leadership and hustle come firstMust be reliable, organized, and ready to lead by exampleCompensation & Schedule
