Job Title : Pharmacy Care Coordinator

About the Role :
Are you passionate about helping others and making a real impact on patients' lives? We're seeking a Pharmacy Care Coordinator to join our fast-paced, supportive team! In this role, you'll engage with Medicare members via phone to help them stay on track with their prescribed medications. You'll be the friendly voice guiding patients through solutions to overcome barriers like transportation, financial challenges, or scheduling appointments-helping them live healthier, more empowered lives.
What You'll Do :
Make high-volume outbound calls (70+ per day) to Medicare members flagged as "late-to-refill."
Educate members about their medications and help identify barriers to adherence.
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to troubleshoot member issues and ensure smooth program execution.
Track and meet performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT), adherence, and quality scores.
Provide compassionate, patient-focused support while maintaining operational excellence.
Schedule :
Training : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM CST (1 week onsite)
Ongoing : Monday-Friday, either 10 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM or 11 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM onsite
What We're Looking For :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills , especially comfortable speaking with elderly patients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment .
Willingness to learn about medications and healthcare processes (no prior clinical experience required).
Comfortable with call center technology and auto-dialer systems .
A team player who thrives on helping others and supporting positive health outcomes.
