Job description

Warehouse Processor And Material / Package Handler

Staff Management | SMX in Pharr, Texas is hiring processors and material / package handlers to join our warehouse team. In this position associates will be handling freight with sorting, unloading / loading from conveyor to place in assigned store staging area. Shift information :

  • 1st Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm (with possible scheduled overtime)

    • Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Complete diary logs into inventory
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
  • Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods
  • Good organizational and time management skills

    • Associate Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED
  • Background check
  • Able to lift 30 pounds
  • Drug test
  • Stand for shift duration
  • Must be at least 18 years old

    • The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $11.00 - $12.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
