The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following :

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support sustainable growth and profitability.
• Oversee accounting, finance, data analytics, compliance, and IT functions.
• Manage banking relationships, capital planning, and cash flow optimization.
• Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts and long‑term strategic financial plans.
• Provide financial oversight for land acquisition, development, and operational projects.
• Build and enhance the company’s financial planning and analysis function, improving budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Advance the organization’s data infrastructure and promote data‑driven decision making.
• Partner cross‑functionally with department heads to align operational and financial objectives.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing finance and analytics team.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and risk management frameworks.
